My name is Matt and I am the Founder and Head PT of Boost. I have started my journey into the world of personal training to help individuals transform their lives through fitness. I have a deep belief in the power of creating healthy, lifelong habits, and I am dedicated to guiding clients towards their goals using simple, science-backed methods.

I have an extensive background in the world of sports and fitness and have participated in many sports such as Football and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Throughout my journey, I have always been dedicated to my training and have a genuine passion for new and exciting methods of training to help my performance. I am committed to using my experience to provide my clients with a high level of expertise and motivation.
