BODY TRANSFORMATION

But if you are looking to completely transform your body and begin to love what you see in the mirror, cardio alone won’t’t cut it. In the Body Transformation package, you receive two 45-minute resistance training sessions a week. With a bespoke nutrition plan accompanying the exercise plan, you will drop body fat and replace with lean muscle, completely transforming the way you look and feel!

  • Have you been to the gym previously? Already started doing some classes or cardio in your own time? Started in the gym but unsure how to structure your workouts? Don’t stress, this programme is the perfect way for you to get back on track on your health and fitness journey. With one resistance session per week, that focuses on a full body workout and ends with some high intensity cardio, you’ll soon be back on track and more motivated than ever. The bonus, you will also receive up to two written workouts for you to continue outside of our session together, so you will always have some structure to your week. As with all of my programmes, fully tailored nutrition guidance is provided throughout the entire plan.
