Engage in dynamic 45-minute sessions, choosing from three, two, or one session per week, with additional app-based workouts available to keep you both on track between sessions.
With in-person coaching, I ensure you and your partner receive tailored guidance, clear instruction, and the motivation you need to push each other while staying focused on your individual goals. This is ideal for friends, partners, or family members who want to train together while still receiving the attention and accountability of personal coaching.
As part of the program, you’ll both receive personalized nutrition guidance following your consultation. This ensures your plan is specifically tailored to each of your goals, so you can see results both in and out of the gym.
